Below is a Lead Capture Page which you may use for Paysforever.   You'll need to have an autoresponder set up with the series of follow-up autoresponder messages, your own domain name and web hosting to use this page.

Click on Autoresponder from the main menu of the PaysForever Member's area if you need the follow-up messages or don't have an autoresponder already.

5 Easy Steps to Setting Up Your Lead Capture Page:

  1. Download the Lead Capture Page Zip File Below.

  2. Unzip the folder and open the index.html file with your favorite html editor or Notepad.

  3. Replace the "Insert your Autoresponder Form Here" wording with the coding for your form which connects to your autoresponder.

  4. Upload the index.html file AND images contained in the folder to your web space.

  5. Test your Form to be sure it is working properly!
